Would you like to participate in a real world Atlantica Training Scenario? Atlantica is the brain child of Dr. Paul Forage of Indian River State College in Fort Pierce, FL. Dr. Forage teaches emergency management in IRSC's Banner Center for Homeland Security. The Consortium for Humanitarian Education and Service sponsors both a weekend training opportunity (Atlantic Hope) at IRSC in March, and The International Institute for Humanitarian Aid and Disaster Relief (Svetlina 09) in the Republic of Macedonia in May 2009.
